Privacy Policy

1. Motion, camera and local connections

Device attitude, gravity or gyroscope data calculate steering. Your phone sends steering, pedal, button and camera-look input to the paired PC, which returns connection status, latency and current-game information. Raw motion history is normally processed in memory, not saved or automatically uploaded to the developer.

The camera is used when you choose to scan a pairing code; we do not record, save or upload camera images. Local addresses, ports and pairing information connect the devices. Default QR pairing uses authenticated encryption; optional legacy manual mode does not offer the same protection. Manage permissions in system or WeChat settings. Denying access affects the respective features; offline practice needs no PC connection.

2. Local information and trial time

Paired-computer names and local addresses, language, presets, panels and trial status stay locally. iOS pairing keys and trial records use this device’s Keychain; Windows protects pairing information for the current user with Windows data protection; the mini program uses WeChat encrypted local storage for pairing.

The free trial counts actual driving use; remaining time is not sent to the developer. Restarting the app does not reset it, and Keychain records may survive reinstallation. Forget computers in connection settings and delete custom presets or panels in their respective screens. Windows uninstall preserves user and game settings by default.

3. Game detection and setup on Windows

The PC reads foreground-window and process names and installed-game locations locally to identify games, choose an output mode and report the game name to the paired phone. When you request setup, it reads and backs up relevant control settings before applying bindings. We do not read or upload game progress, account passwords, chats or unrelated files.

4. iOS purchases and restoring access

Apple App Store / StoreKit handles the one-time full-version purchase, payments, refunds and restoring purchases. The app verifies Apple product identifiers, transaction state and revocations locally to determine access. We do not receive card details, Apple account passwords or billing addresses, and do not operate a receipt-validation server. Apple processes transactions under its own policy. Forgetting a paired PC does not revoke a purchase.

5. WeChat mini program

The companion uses WeChat scanning, motion, network and storage capabilities. It does not request your WeChat avatar, nickname, phone number, contacts or precise location. WeChat may process account, device and runtime information under its own policy. Read the mini program’s User Privacy Protection Guidelines and WeChat privacy information as well; this policy does not replace them.

6. Diagnostics and support email

Runtime and installation logs stay on the PC by default and are not automatically uploaded. Exported diagnostics may include local addresses, OS versions, game or file paths, setup stages and errors; export does not read pairing-key files. Review the file and remove information you do not wish to share before sending it.

If you email support, we receive your address, message and attachments you choose to provide, solely to investigate and respond and for necessary follow-up. We retain them for the time needed to handle the issue and delete them when no longer needed, except where law requires retention.

7. Website and other providers

The website uses no advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies, analytics or advertising scripts. It is currently hosted with Alibaba Cloud. Hosting and download providers may process IP addresses, request times and browser information for service delivery, security and legal obligations. We update this information if providers change.

Apple, WeChat, external websites and email services you choose to use independently process information under their own policies. Support emails and infrastructure information may be processed in those providers’ service locations.

8. Retention, security and deletion

Real-time input primarily stays in memory for the session. Pairing, settings, panels and trial records remain locally for their functional purpose until cleared through the relevant features or device storage is erased. We provide no cloud sync and do not relay controls through developer servers. Keychain, Windows data protection and encryption reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may pause or disconnect, manage permissions, forget paired PCs, delete custom configurations or stop using the product. For information sent to the developer, contact the address below to request access, correction or deletion. We handle requests under applicable rules and verify identity where necessary. Manage information independently processed by Apple or WeChat through those platforms.

9. Minors and policy updates

The product is not intended to collect personal information from minors. Minors should use and purchase it with a guardian’s guidance. We update this policy and its date when features or practices materially change and provide further notice or consent where required.
